Pear and Rosemary Champagne Cocktail by Lauren Kelp is a great way to mix-up your New Year’s party. This savory and sweet cocktail is just as yummy as it is pretty. The smell of fresh rosemary with each sip is heavenly!
The year is approaching its end. 2016 – what do you have in store for me? I’m looking forward to the new year. 2015 was the pits! LOL. I don’t really have any resolutions, more goals – things I want to accomplish and do. As I sit and write this, I guess I do have one resolution (a promise to do an act of self-improvement or something slightly nice) and that would be to be more involved with my little cousins (ages seven and five). They love getting mail – did I mention they live in Jersey? My 2016 New Year’s Resolution is to send them a letter, card or postcard every month. They would love that and then they would know more about what I do. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen them. And maybe I’ll get a few letters in return. I will be making a trip to Jersey in late February or March. My cousin (their mum) is expecting a baby boy! I can’t wait to meet the little fella! Do you have any New Year’s Resolutions?
Happy New Year Everyone! See you in 2016!
