GF Friendly Rating: TLDR: A variety of gluten-free menu items, as well as a couple dessert choices. The service was very friendly and knowledgable about their menu and gluten-free options. A wonderful place to get an excellent gluten-free meal after hitting the slopes. Reservations are recommended during peak seasons.

Wow! I can not say enough nice things about this restaurant. The food was amazing, the service was friendly, knowledgable and professional and the atmosphere was western meets upscale. Their gluten-free menu was full of options. They even had gluten-free dinner bread! We were told that the gluten-free bread wasn’t always available, but there are plenty of other options to keep you stuffed on your way home.
We started out with the salad bar that has about 45 items to choose from. The dressings were labeled gluten-free, so there was no confusion or guessing which one were. This is the first time I have ever seen this and it was great to know exactly what my choices were. For the main course, I ordered the 12 oz New York Steak of Certified Angus Beef with the crushed black peppercorn and sautéed onions upgrade and a loaded bake potato. We also ordered a side of sautéed mushrooms. They were gigantic! I definitely had a doggie bag with this meal.
For dessert, we shared a piece of the Flourless Chocolate Cake. Yumm! Very, very chocolately. This was first time trying a flourless cake and it reminded me a lot like fudge. I’m not a huge chocolate fan, but it was still very tasty and rich.
I will definitely be returning to the Grub Steak Restaurant my next visit to Park City!
