Finally! Since 2009, I’ve been trying to get a gluten-free Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie. I’ve used so many different types of flour blends, only to have it fail. Until now… I am completely head over heels for Pamela’s Artisan Flour Blend. It’s the best cup-for-cup flour I have ever used. These cookies tasted exactly like how I remembered and the dough — well, let’s just say the first attempt never made it to cookie form. It was delicious! Simply follow the recipe on the back of each bag of Nestle Chocolate Chips and enjoy!
If you haven’t tried Pamela’s flour yet, I highly recommend it. I’m definitely a lazy gluten-free baker. I love the cup-for-cup flour and I am very confident that I can use Pamela’s in any of my recipes and the results will be fantastic as well as tasty.
I realize I’ve been a bit absent with my blogging and recipes. My life has been flipped upside down, turned inside out and spun around a few times. A very big change happened and I’m still learning how to live with it. Every routine has needed to change, my surrounding have changed and my future is now all up to me. It’s not that I mind all this, I’m just very sad that it happened. It wasn’t my choice and my worse fear had come to pass. I loved someone with all my heart and loved them for who they are. Their strengths, their faults and everything in between. He was my future, my best friend, my partner, my family… he was my home. Words can’t express how much I miss him and how much I miss us. I know that only time will make this better and I just have to be patient. I do wish him well and hope he finds what he’s looking for. I will always love him and support him as best I can.
I am doing my best to get back on track and trying to focus on the things that make me happy. I promise, you will see weekly recipes and reviews from here going forward.
Until next time, I’ll be enjoying these delicious gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. They’re the best thing for a broken heart, right?
