Easy Gluten-Free Baked Breaded Shrimp

Easy Gluten-Free Baked Breaded Shrimp is a perfect appetizer for any party or quick dinner when served with pasta and sauce. You might want to remove the tails for this dish. I was content simply dipping them into cocktail sauce and watching a little Downtown Abbey. They went fast…I didn’t even realize how fast I ate them. Yummy and hungry!

I made these using melted Rich & Creamy MELT® Organic butter, Ian’s® Gluten-Free Panko Breadcrumbs and seasonings, baked for 10 minutes and ready to serve.

Easy Gluten-Free Baked Breaded Shrimp

Ingredients
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter*
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 cup gluten-free panko breadcrumbs*
  • 1½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound shrimp or 16 jumbo shrimp; tails-on and butterflied
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small dish combine butter and garlic, melt using microwave.
  3. In a swallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, oregano, salt and pepper, mix well.
  4. Dip each shrimp into melted butter and then dredge in breadcrumb mixture to coat.
  5. Place each shrimp on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Repeat until all shrimp are coated.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with your favorite cocktail sauce.
